That’s exactly how I felt yesterday in Santa Fe, New Mexico… It was a bright, glorious morning and I took an early morning walk up the famous, Canyon Road. Although it was mid-February, you could feel Spring in the crisp air.
Santa Fe has a unique way of delivering unexpected experiences. Cobalt blue skies, swift water running down the Acequia Madre, Cathedral bells sounding every hour, sparkling snow topped mountains…and of course, the Artists and their work.
As an Interior Designer, Santa Fe is a mecca for the unusual & unexpected. I spend hours searching thorough wonderful shops and artists markets. It is truly a place where my feet go directly to the center of the earth! Santa Fe grounds me, relaxes me…but at the same time, invigorates me.
My met my husband in Santa Fe, many years ago—another wonderful reason to be so connected with Santa Fe.
I’ve included a few photos from my morning … If you get a chance to go to Santa Fe, the Interior Design possibilities are endless! Poke around, stroll Canyon Road and wander the Plaza. Don’t forget the food! It’s the BEST!
